Jump-starting hard conversations as the end nears

Published July 25, 2017 for Kaiser Health News/California Healthline: A study praising an easy-to-use website that encouraged patients to have end-of-life conversations with family members and doctors made for a decent story, but I needed a human face to make it more compelling.
